About Me
Lance has been a dedicated educational leader throughout his career. He started in Denver, Colorado, where he provided special education services to a diverse urban population. Later, he moved to Michigan, continuing his work with youth facing behavioral and emotional challenges. With extensive leadership experience, Lance has held various roles, including local special education director, ISD director, supervisor, center-based principal, and teacher, and has supported districts nationwide in implementing curriculum and direct services. He is passionate about helping districts recognize and foster the importance of Communication, Teamwork, and Collaboration through-based strategies that benefit all students.
